HANDMADE PASTA WITH GRANDMA A CASTROCIELO

Sarà un piacere accogliervi nel mio piccolo ristorante a conduzione familiare per trascorrere una mattinata insieme. Andremo insieme nel mio piccolo orto a raccogliere le verdure di stagione e a prendere le uova nel pollaio. I bambini adoreranno i nostri animali!
Poi tutti in cucina dove impasteremo e prepareremo insieme la pasta fatta in casa: una ricetta semplice e povera in origine.
Cucineremo insieme fettuccine, gnocchi e lasagne e, se sarete bravi, potrete gustare un buon pranzo, con un buon bicchiere di vino e un espresso!
Spero che vi sentirete a casa… a casa di nonna!

It will be a pleasure to welcome you in my family owned restaurant to spend a good time together. We will get together the vegetable of the season in my tiny garden and the eggs in the hen-house. The kids will love our animals!
Then everyone in the kitchen where we will knead together the handmade pasta: a simple and traditional recipe.
We will cook together fettuccine, gnocchi and lasagne, and if you made everything correctly, we will enjoy a wonderful lunch, with a nice glass of wine and an espresso!
I hope that you will feel like at home….. at nonna’s house!
